An app for every part of the business. All from one house.

Turn on only what you need. A person in shifts is the same person in projects, and a supplier in invoices is the same supplier in payments. Nothing typed twice, no tools to glue together.

Digital workers

Not another tool. Digital workers.

Every app does work for you: reads invoices, schedules a whole month, fills in forms, files for the accountant. And you can simply ask in the chat.

  • Ask in words"Schedule November", "what is the accountant missing", "send Avi a request for an invoice". The system understands and does it.
  • Works in the backgroundInvoices get read, statements get pulled and reminders go out, even when you are not logged in.
  • You approveEvery meaningful action waits for your approval, and every automatic action can be undone.
Schedule November by everyone's constraints
I scheduled 112 shifts across 4 weeks. Three shifts are left unstaffed because nobody is available: "Morning show" on Wednesday 12.11, 19.11 and 26.11. Should I ask Dana to add a day?
Yes, and send the crew the board link
Sent Dana a message, and the board link went out to all 14 staff on WhatsApp.
Working…

How it works

1
Turn on apps

Open an account by phone or email and pick from the list what your business needs. Add and remove any time.

2
Connect your data

Gmail, WhatsApp, calendar, Slack, the bank and payment accounts. One connection each, once.

3
The system does the work

Invoices get read and filed, shifts get arranged, reports get pulled, and the accountant gets everything on time.

Pricing

The software is free. You pay only for the work.

No monthly subscription and no per-seat price. Every screen, table and folder is open to everyone. You pay in credits only for actions the system does for you, and you see the cost before every action.

How it works

Questions everyone asks

Really no subscription?

None. The software is open to everyone with unlimited users. You pay only for actions the system does for you, in credits, and one pack lasts a long time.

What happens when the credits run out?

Nothing is deleted or locked. Every screen keeps working, and the automatic actions wait until you load a new pack.

Where is our data stored?

In Google's cloud, encrypted, in a separate account per business. Bank connections go through open banking without storing passwords. Details on the security page.

Do we need a special accountant?

No. Your accountant gets an email with everything at the end of every month, and can log in themselves if they want.

We are a small business. Is this for us?

Yes. Most of our customers are businesses of 2 to 50 people, run by the owner or the office manager. You turn on only the apps you need.

Start in a minute. No credit card.

Open an account, turn on your first app, and see how it works with your real business data.
