Every team member connects their calendar once. From then on you can see what is on today, set a meeting with a supplier or customer, and move an event, all from AskPay. And in the chat you just write "set a meeting with Gil on Tuesday".

What the connection gives you

A calendar for everyone

Every user connects their own calendar with a Google account. Nobody sees anyone else's calendar without permission.

Events from inside the system

A supplier meeting, a customer visit, a shoot day. Add from AskPay and the event is in Google Calendar.

Ask in the chat

"What do I have tomorrow?", "Set a meeting with the print supplier on Thursday at 10". The system understands and does it.

Connected to shifts

A scheduled shift can show in the employee's calendar, and a calendar event is taken into account when scheduling.

The same connection as Gmail

Uses the same Google account. One connection, a separate permission for the calendar.

Choose the Google account and approve calendar access.
