Your employees are already in Slack. Why type them again?
Connect the business Slack workspace, and AskPay imports the list of people: name, email and photo. From there they are available for shifts, projects and document signing. Someone who joins Slack joins here too.
What the connection gives you
After connecting, click "Import from Slack" on the Employees screen, tick who to bring in, done.
Name, email address and profile photo come from Slack, so the shift board looks right from the first moment.
An imported employee is available for shifts, projects, signatures and documents. No double typing.
Someone new in Slack? Import again, and only the new ones are added.
How to connect
You go to Slack, choose the business workspace and approve.
Click "Import from Slack" and tick who to bring in.
They show up in shifts, projects and anywhere an employee is needed.
What happens by itself after connecting
These things run in the background once you have connected. An action that costs credits shows how many before it runs.
- Brings name, email and photo for every employee you ticked
- Recognizes existing employees and does not duplicate
- Adds only the new ones on a repeat import
