Invoices from email are collected by themselves. Even the ones behind a link.
Connect the business Gmail in one click, and from that moment every invoice that reaches the inbox is captured: an attachment, a photo, or a download link in the email body. AI reads, categorizes and files. Connect as many inboxes as you need.
What the connection gives you
Sign in with a Google account, approve, done. No passwords and no forwarding rules.
An invoice sitting behind "click here to download your invoice" is fetched from the link and captured like an attachment.
Pick a period, a month or a year back, and AskPay goes through the emails and collects every invoice that was there.
After connecting, every new email is checked by itself. A new invoice shows up in the system within minutes.
On the Mail screen you set how each supplier gets paid, and their invoices are marked paid by themselves.
The bookkeeping inbox, the CEO's and procurement's. Every invoice remembers which inbox it came from, and rules file by that.
How to connect
Choose the business Google account and approve access.
Import the last few months, or start from today.
Every invoice with supplier, amount, date and category. From here the rules file by themselves.
What happens by itself after connecting
These things run in the background once you have connected. An action that costs credits shows how many before it runs.

Questions about connecting Gmail
What does AskPay do with the email access?
Finds emails that contain an invoice, reads the file and files it. You can disconnect any time from the AskPay screen or from your Google account settings.
Can I connect several inboxes?
Yes. Each inbox connects separately, and every invoice remembers which inbox it came from. Filing rules can rely on that.
What about old emails?
Pick a period to import, a month or a year back, and AskPay goes through the emails of that period and collects the invoices.
What if an email looks like an invoice but is not?
Guides, catalogs and long files are filtered out in advance. Anything still captured by mistake can be marked "not an invoice", and the system learns.
